ZocDoc claims I am making misleading statements on how it discriminates against patients who are elderly and/or disabled ever since it banned patients with Medicare and Medicaid health insurance from using its website to seek health care. About 83% of Medicare beneficiaries are aged 65 and older, and 16.3% are people with disabilities, two qualifying factors for Medicare plans. The image above shows proof from ZocDoc's emails and its app that ZocDoc does not allow patients with Medicare and Medicaid insurance use of its website, and they have now banned all patients from booking appointments with my practice because I brought up ZocDoc's violation of public accommodation laws (Title III of the American Disabilities Act of 1990). I am being gaslighted with ZocDoc's retaliatory threats despite their emails and their app showing exactly what I have pointed out.
