West Salem High School is considering cutting its Fire Program. This decision would be a devastating blow to our students and community who have heavily invested in building a program that inspires future firefighters and provides invaluable hands on training. We ask that the school administration reconsider and support the program. 

Scrapping this program would not only devastate current students but rob students of a program that they have already invested so much time and energy into. 
It’s not just about the fire program, but about offering a career path only to rip it away from the students halfway through the program.
