Support following changes to HOA:

1. No rental cap in Waterlynn homes.
2. HOA should not be able to pass any rule without 70% votes.
3. HOA should focus only on community maintenance like retention pond, pool and park.
4. HOA should not use open voting for any change. 
   
   

What is at Stake:

1. Think before you vote yes or no. Should HOA decide if you should rent or sell when you move out to your next house.
2. should HOA be able to implement any rule at their will? Rental cap was never approved.
3. HOA is involved in wasteful spending like flowers around retention pond that got washed in rains.
