Who wants to start a petition with me to do away with E-checks on cars? it should be the whole state does them or the whole state does not.   Some people don’t have alone money to buy a new car so they have an older car and don’t have the money to make repairs.   A couple counties is not going to make a difference when the rest of the state and other states don’t require it.
