To me, ferrets are the cutest animals, and I find it really bad that people are using their fur, and not just their fur, but the fine delicate hairs around the face and eyes, for their own use. While a lot of people would agree that false eyelashes are useful, it's not good that our cosmetics comes from innocent ferret's fur.

Cosmetic industries such as CoverGirl and Lush have demonstrated that products that have not been tested or used with animals can be just as effective as normal makeup, if not better.

Instead of making fake eyelashes using ferret fur, cosmetic companies can use mink lashes, which sounds the same. Mink lashes have been used throughout history, but now they are ethically sourced when minks naturally shed their fur, which is much more natural than people cutting ferret's actual fur.
