Good news! Seller Disclosure IS coming to Qld!!

The latest news is that a seller disclosure certificate is on its way for Queensland and could be introduced by mid 2018! This is a move in the right direction to help protect home buyers. My petition in Qld Parliament for fairer property laws is clearly gaining traction for positive change. The Domain article claims this new regime will be a "hassle" for sellers and "harder" for sellers. It fails to look at the buyer's point of view! Of course it should be harder for sellers to sell dodgy properties or to be deceitful to buyers! These changes will help ensure transparency and honesty so that buyers can be properly informed about the most expensive and important asset they will ever buy. This is good news for our campaign but it is just the beginning of the process toward full seller disclosure like in the A.C.T, U.K and U.S.A. We still need to continue to push for fairer property laws in Qld and in the rest of Australia. Please continue to support and share this very important mission in the interest of justice. Thank you.
