Hi! My name is Abigail Halloran and I am in eighth grade. For my global goals project, I chose to reduce the amount of deaths on roadways per year. Each year, 1.3 million people die in motor vehicle accidents per year. To support this cause, you can help by signing this petition, donate to the AAA Safe Driving Foundation, and drive safer on roadways. You can drive safer by going the speed limit, saying calm, you can pay more attention to your surroundings, and only drive in safe conditions if you are not an experienced driver. If you are not feeling well or are drowsy, call an Uber, taxi, or a friend or family member to come and pick you up. This is extremely important because if you miss only two hours of sleep you have a super high chance of falling asleep behind the wheel and crashing your car. This is a cause worth supporting because everyone in the world deserves to drive on a safe roadway. So sign this petition because time is running out.
