To the Legislative Assembly of Ontario: 

WHEREAS Patients across Ontario need access to timely publicly funded physiotherapy after surgery, injury or for rehabilitation. The Community Physiotherapy Clinic (CPC) Program is a critical service for seniors and other Ministry-designated groups. The lack of adequate funding puts the care of tens of thousands at risk and shifts demand to already overburdened primary care and hospital providers. 

We the undersigned petition the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as follows: 

We are calling on the Ontario Government to immediately address the crisis created by underfunding of the Community Physiotherapy Clinic (CPC) Program.
