You signed my petition to protect trans healthcare. Thank you. That signature mattered.
But the attacks on our community have not stopped. They have gotten worse.
Right now, schools across America are being turned into surveillance systems. Teachers are being fired for calling students by their chosen names. The Supreme Court just voted 6 to 3 to greenlight laws that force schools to out LGBTQ+ kids to their parents, whether it is safe to do so or not.
Our community is being attacked on all fronts. And we have to keep showing up.
That is why I just launched a new petition, and I need you to sign it.
This petition calls on Congress to pass federal protections that stop laws forcing schools to out LGBTQ+ students without their consent, and protect teachers from being fired for showing students basic dignity.
Every signature sends a message to lawmakers that we are watching, we are organized, and we are not going away.
