I need your help and I need it today.
The federal government has proposed new rules that would block virtually every hospital in the country from providing gender-affirming care to transgender youth. On top of that, these rules would strip Medicaid and CHIP funding, meaning kids who rely on public health coverage to access essential care could lose it entirely.
This is not hypothetical. This is happening right now.
The good news? These rules aren't final yet. We can still fight back, but public comments are due in the next few days and comments submitted after the deadline won't be counted.
I'm asking you to take 2 minutes and submit a public comment telling the government why this healthcare matters and why these rules would devastate real kids and families.
Gender-affirming care is real healthcare. It is backed by every major medical association in this country. It saves lives. Healthcare decisions belong to families and doctors, not politicians.
