According to a 2023 study by Fans for Fair Ticketing, over 60% of concert attendees reported struggling to afford tickets due to resale markups. Moreover, in a survey by Eventbrite, 72% of respondents expressed their frustration with the secondary ticket market driving up costs.

We call on Ticketmaster to enforce a fair ticket resale policy, ensuring that tickets can only be resold at their original face value.
