Critical Fundraising Threshold Surpassed. Please keep sharing and contributing!

Hi Friends, I wanted to let you know that we've passed a critical fundraising threshold on the GoFundMe to stop the secret no-bid Melrose Pool developer deal.
 
As soon as we get a docket number from the Commonwealth Court (expected this week), Chris McCabe will take over representation. I truly believe that having an expert specialist lawyer will be the difference in winning this appeal and stopping this bogus deal.
 
Thank you, thank you, thank you for your generous support. We've raised almost $7,000 in just under a week! With that said, I ask that you continue sharing the GoFundMe with people in your network and encouraging them to contribute. Reaching our goal of $15,000 will ensure that we have quality legal representation through the entirety of the proceedings. Sharing this petition will also continue to increase pressure on the Township to drop its defense of the bogus no-bid deal.
