Update about the warehouse - it's still in a preliminary stage of approval and has not been finalized, however the Planning Board and Lincoln Equities are surely working on the project behind the scenes.

There is a Planning Board meeting 8/17/2022 at 7:30pm at 10 Maple Avenue, New City, NY. Although the warehouse is not on the agenda, there is a public comment period for items not listed on the agenda. At the last meeting in July, I approached the Planning Board, during the open comment period, with a request for air quality monitoring, which we need in Clarkstown. Mr. Heim said that they would consider it. 

If you like to use public comment time, you can speak about warehouse issues or concerns, you can use the time this evening if you are able to attend.

We are attending the Planning Board meetings to make sure that when things come up, we know about it. Please continue to come to the meetings, as it makes a difference.

Consider also, there is a public comment period at the Town Board Meetings, where you can speak about the warehouse, as well. The next Town Board meeting is Aug 23 at 7:00pm, 10 Maple Avenue.
