2. REVIEW & PUBLIC HEARING AT PRELIMINARY & FINAL: WEST NYACK
SWIM CLUB PAVILION, SL 58.12-1-36 (FKA 73-A-15), WEST NYACK: Proposed
construction of a 1,800 SF pavilion. The property is located on 22 acres of R-40 zoned land on the east
side of Castle Hill Road, approximately 615 feet north of Germonds Road in West Nyack.
3. FINAL REVIEW: VALLEY COTTAGE WAREHOUSE DEVELOPMENT (AKA
LINCOLN LOGISTICS), SL 52.15-1-4, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84.3, 84.4 (FKA 124-C-40, 54, 53, 52,
51, 27), VALLEY COTTAGE: Proposed lot merger and construction of a 220,000 SF warehouse
facility including 123 parking spaces, 34 loading berths, 41 trailer parking spaces with 124 parking spaces
and 12 trailer spaces to be placed in reserve. Lot 52.15-1-4 consisting of 3.25 acres is to be donated to the
Town. The property is located on 23.4 acres of CO zoned land on the west side of NYS Route 303, south
of Executive Boulevard and east of Corporate Way in Valley Cottage.
