Hi everyone, We topped 2,000 signatures on this petition! Thank you all for signing and for keeping this petition alive! It's so important that we continue to rally and show the city council that there is a groundswell of opposition against this proposed development. In my opinion, the Oct. 24, 2017 meeting with the mayor and Northlight Theatre reps signaled an effort by the city government to "test the waters" in the community and address what they see as growing opposition to this development. I think we all share a desire to protect the small businesses that would be forced to "close or relocate" as a result of this development.
