The Issue

We have all been overcharged by switch 2 energy,for the months of January, February and March 2025 .If we dont act on this,they will keep stealing our money,whenever they want
HOW DO I KNOW THIS ?
1) my heating has never been on,it's never worked,so my bills are roughly the same every month.In January and February, they more than doubled and a 50 % increase in march.After March the 19th our heating bills went back to normal.
2 ) The problem was a fault in the plant room at park Hill.Our water got turned off on the 19th March to fix the problem.After this fault was repaired our bills went back to normal.
3.when I contacted switch 2 regarding my overcharging,they told me,I must be using the heating more than normal and that bills are usually higher in winter.I told them the heating doesn't work and has never been on,also pointing out the excessive use of water been used,that was showing on my bill.I ended up ringing a heating engineer,who gave me a written report,saying hot water is continuously passing through the system,even though the heating system has not been turned on,causing my bills to be higher.This cost me £80 for the callout...great places have offered to reimburse me the £80 ,that was 2 months ago.im still waiting.
4. For 6 months I've been getting passed from switch 2 to great places,both promising me a refund. Switch 2 said they need to send a engineer to check my metre,then i would get reimbursed ,two engineers came looked at the metre reading and left.I thought now i would get my money.Just recently i recieved a email from nicloa at switch 2 stating, i wont be getting a refund now,.Theve been stalling the process hoping it will go away.At the begining of november I told them i was going to set up a petition to get every tenants money back .On the 10th of November they cut my hot water,even though my bills are paid up to date.it is now the 29th of january.
5. They owe us about £30,000 combined.If we dont stand up to these companies,we are allowing them,to take our money when they want.They know what they have done and are trying to fob people off,together we stand a better chance of getting our money back,and to stop this from happening again.How many times has it happened already?. They are putting profit over people.
6.sign the petition let's stand up for what's right.They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.our voices are stronger together.
