There are 2 options on the table given by Somerset highways and footpaths.....

1 reroute the fp which would have to take the permission of 2 neighbouring landowners, take 5 years and 2 new bridges. Cost £500,000.

Option 2. Leave bridge and fp where it is, update bridge and repair weir structure cost £20,000 less if we use local labour and volunteers
