A young boy with Down syndrome has been recruited by the Ukrainian military, which I believe is against the Geneva Conventions. These conventions extensively define the basic rights of wartime prisoners, civilians, and military personnel; establish protections for the wounded and sick; and provide protections for civilians in and around a war-zone. I love and stand with Ukraine, but this cannot happen! He needs safety and care from loving people—not shootings and bombs. Please sign this petition to get him out of the frontlines of Ukraine.
