Madhuri, a  36-year-old elephant with a history of pain and hardship, is seeking the opportunity to live the free life she has always deserved. Separated from her mother at the tender age of three, Madhuri spent her early years as a show elephant, paraded at festivals and forced to entertain crowds. These years were marred by extensive trauma and major injuries due to neglect and exploitation.

After much legal intervention, both the Supreme Court and High Court ruled in favor of Madhuri's rescue. She was adopted by Vantara, a sanctuary committed to providing elephants like her with a safe, nurturing environment. Under their care, Madhuri has finally begun to heal and live more peacefully, surrounded by those who prioritize her welfare above all else.

However, a disheartening turn of events has occurred. Those who once profited from her have mounted a protest, pressuring authorities to overturn the court's decision and return her to a life she was desperate to escape.
