At the School Board meeting on December 10th, the Board voted 4-1 to approve Option B! I want to extend gratitude to all the community members, families, friends, and stakeholders who supported this effort. Your involvement made all the difference.

This success is a result of our collective efforts, working together with the unwavering efforts from the parents in the neighboring communities of Palm River and Willoughby Acres, as well as others who support the VME community.
I commend the Collier County School Board for their dedication to engaging with the community and listening to public input. This vote serves as a powerful reminder that when people come together with a shared purpose, and elected officials fulfill their responsibility to consider the voices of the public, positive change can happen!
