We could use a little help....last week the town of Fort Erie provided a set of recommendations on its ongoing Short-Term Rental Land Use Study. From our perspective the proposal was very positive. Town staff and council have been receiving a lot of negative feedback on this issue presumably from STR owners/operators. We could use some assistance in providing positive feedback. Please consider writing a very brief email in support of the recommendations and thanking Town council and staff on a fair and balanced process.
