I, like my fellow residents of the quiet acreage blocks in KURUNJANG, opted for this peaceful residential area for the tranquility it provides. However, the peace and quiet we all treasure is currently under threat due to a proposed planning permit for use and development of the land for an Indian Place to worship within our vicinity. The noise, pollution, and increased traffic this will bring can significantly disrupt the serene environment we have come to know and love. We all know and have seen that these places always start small and then grows into a big community. 

Furthermore, according to the Australian Health Organization, exposure to stress and noise pollution has negative impacts on health, including stress, sleep disturbance, and even cardiovascular diseases. Our humble request: to halt the proposed of a worship place in the residential area at No 4 Duncan Court, KURUNJANG, not only pertains to maintaining peace, but also preserving the health and well-being of our community. 

We value diversity and respect all cultures, traditions and religions. Still, we believe that places of worship should be carefully located in appropriate areas where they do not cause significant disturbances to residents. Let's stand together for the preservation of our peaceful community. We urge local planning authorities to consider our plight and reconsider the location for the proposed planning Permit.
