Share your comment with the Public Utility Commission (PUC) of Maine directly.  
Just follow these simple steps;
1. Go to this URL: https://mpuc-cms.maine.gov/CQM.Public.WebUI/Comments/CaseNumberSearch.aspx

2. Under Case Number, enter:  2025-00160

3. Enter all the details requested of you in the Comment window. Click the Captcha (I'm not a robot box) and POST COMMENT button.
