Everyone welcome at the next Action Against CCS event Sat 4th July 1-4pm.
Action Against CCS is a community group campaigning against the Peak Cluster CO2 pipe line.
Calling all swimmers, paddle boarders, toe dippers, dog walkers and beach enthusiasts. Please show your support at this awareness event to show how strongly we feel about protecting our beautiful Wirral coastline
The event is hosted by Wallasey Beach Club, from 1pm-4pm at the Wallasey Beach Club House, Coastal Drive, CH45 3PZ. Refreshments and snacks available.
A mass dip around 1:45pm to showcase that we must protect our beautiful coastline from being industrialised by the Peak Cluster CO2 pipeline and massive compressor plant that would be built between on Moreton/Meols shore.
Lots of information available from the Action Against CCS team and merchandise for sale to help with fund raising: T shirts, Dog bandannas, car stickers & signs.
Please share with your friends and even if you don’t fancy a dip, please come along to show your support.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware this is a “dip” not a swim. While AACCS has taken reasonable steps to promote a safe and enjoyable gathering, all participants enter the water entirely at their own risk.
