The Parks Plan highlights the value of parks, outlines the evolving planning context, examines the existing supply & future need for parkland, and identifies the key considerations that will guide the City’s future park planning & acquisition process.

The Parks Plan supports the City of Markham’s Parkland Acquisition Strategy and updates to the Parkland Dedication By-Law.
