One of the breeders used by Puppy Dreams is Steve Kruse of West Point, Iowa (USDA #42-B-0182). On his 6/22/22 USDA inspection, he had 580 adult dogs and 15 puppies.  

Some of the violations Kruse has received over the past two years include:  Emaciated dog, open wounds, severe dental issues including broken teeth, several dogs with untreated eye conditions, matted hair, hair loss, crusty lesion, cyst, at least 16 dogs found with bleeding nails with significant amounts of blood.  

These violations are only a FEW of MANY.  Kruse has a long history of serious USDA violations going back years.

This is only one of the breeders Puppy Dreams buys from. The Junction City shelter should be supported prior to a business that will add to the issue of homeless dogs. There are already so many deserving, loving dogs waiting for a family. 

Before you support this puppy mill shop, think about the dogs who are euthanized daily in shelters. Adopt, don’t shop.
