Development at Former Pub Site (TA2 7RX)

A famous fast food chain has submitted a planning applaiction to change the O'bridge site. Several concerns about this development including but not limited too:

• Increased traffic and road safety risks
• Noise, particularly during evening and late-night hours
• Potential drive-thru operation and associated disturbance
• Light pollution from signage and extended opening hours
• Litter and anti-social behaviour

The appliaction lists no plans for a drive through, opening hours to run between 06:00 am to 22:30 and no chnages to access to the site.

We, the undersigned, reject this application due to increased noise, light pollution, anti social behaviour, litter and safety concerns due to access to and from the site. Taunton does not simply need a fourth Mcdonalds within a mile radius of exisitng restruants in a heavily residential area. 

We beleive that no care or attention has been paid to the local residents or thier concerns hence the heavy rejection by all locals.
