A new tax is on the table in Pennsylvania where you will pay tax on the mileage you drive you're trying to get rid of the gas tax because they're not making enough money on the gas tax so they want to charge you .08 per mile that you drive per year. So you will be paying about three times as much as you did on the gas tax. I feel there are other ways to raise the money they need for instance maybe raise the sales tax tax clothing and food that'd be another option I just don't feel I should be paying to dry my own car per mile to me it's just ridiculous I want to start a petition to maybe just to kill that right away there's other ways they could be doing things and that just doesn't sound fair at all to me and I don't like it one bit so please sign this petition with me SO THEY CAN HEAR our displeasure and see if something can be done to stop this foolishness I mean say you work at a low pay minimum wage job but you have to drive 20 miles to get there say round trip 40 miles you now owe the state 3.20 just to get to work . I have a way these cronies could get there billions for infrastructure they all profess to be public servants well take the handsome income these servants are paid and change it to minimum wage I mean every government employee from the governor all the way down take that pay cut and try to live on what they say is a fair wage let me tell you there would be a lot of government jobs available but we would ,more than cover the money they say this tax will be for.  before our lawmakers decide to make it a law and will be required to pay another  tax this one is really  ridiculous and it will affect every Pennsylvania that drives a vehicle  I mean what's next a respiratory tax every breathe you take you pay the state?  it's time to stand up and tell  Pennsylvania's communist government hell no we won't take anymore  and kill this before it even get started then wait on the next thing these brilliant government of this state comes up with to take more and more out of the middle and low incomes pocket it's a sad situation in our world today and if we don't stand up soon I can't imagine the loves our grand children will have .
