Team Karma: Update to San Bernardino Situation

This is the FINAL update on the San Bernardino dog situation, all other updates can be found at the below links! Update: The dogs at the sound of the road have been there for 3 weeks and do have an owner that has been feeding them and giving them water, however, they are chained and really don't have a life. They were recently moved to another location, hopefully a home where they can run free. We will update the below links when we have more information!
