Several dogs were found near an abandoned and broken down trailer, north of San Bernardino @DEVORE NEXT TO TONY'S DINER- INTERSECTION OF 15FRWY & 215FRWY. These dogs have been given food and water, but time is running out! This is a dyer situation that requires attention by those who can rescue animals.
