It is now four years since the silent genocide in Marsabit started. The County is now a killing field where children, women and the elderly are not spared. Despite this unfortunate situation and the county being officially on a deathbed little has gone into the peace making process. Lives and livelihoods have been lost. Many have fled their homes, schools and health facilities closed down and businesses plundered at an astonishing level. All this is happening and nothing serious has been done. Kindly google killings in Marsabit and you will be shocked.

The effort by local leaders to bring peace if any is shrouded in mystery and based on which ethnic community is the victim at that particular instance. Thus, their effort has not materialize to stop the killing.We haven't seen any leader except the president who spoke seriously about peace in Marsabit. Other leaders seems not to care as we haven't seen any press conference or any peace conference or any effort to bring normalcy. People have lost confidence in the current crop of leaders who have failed to bring lasting peace �️�️�️�️�️.

Therefore we appeal to the people of Marsabit , Kenyans and the world at large to sign this petition to stop killing in Marsabit, to stop killing of innocent school children, to stop killing of innocent old men and women.
