So basically...

Some Aussie group called Collective Shout decided it’s okay to fuck with legal indie games by pressuring payment companies and stores (Steam, Itch.io) to ban or hide them. This isn’t about protecting anyone. Hell nah, it’s about THEIR moral panic deciding what the hell we can play.

 

Indie devs, queer devs, and creators of all kinds are getting fucked over while these moral, busybody bitches run around thinking they own the web. So tuff (sarcasm).

 

We demand payment companies (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal) and storefronts (Steam, Itch.io) stop letting a tiny group decide:

 

1. Why games get removed. Be fucking transparent!

2. Make a fair-ass appeals process for devs.

3. Stop shadow bans that ruin legal creators’ work.

 

If you think these devs should make what they want and players should choose what to play, sign this goddamn fucking petition today. Because we are not paying enough to see our fellow gamers in the warmest of goddamn waters!
