-- Residents of West Adams and other communities in Los Angeles, east of Culver City, are organizing and moving forward with their own lawsuit against the Federal Aviation Administration NextGen flight procedures: “The flight path is directly over historic African American and Latino communities and violates the Federal Aviation Administration's own income, racial and social justice regulations. We've retained a public interest attorney who is filing this lawsuit at a discounted public interest rate. This will add the critical racial, income and social justice aspect to the new flight paths that have not been previously litigated.
