The petition is urging Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti to join the ONGOING lawsuits filed by other cities (Culver City, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Orange County) challenging the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) environmental impact assessment related to the changes to aircraft overflight procedures, bringing planes lower and more frequent over our homes, schools, and neighborhoods, and negatively impacting our health, property values, and peaceful enjoyment of the outdoors.
