The Issue

Michigan DOC employee Casey Wagner is terrorizing his neighbor with repeated explosions, property damage, and intimidation. Ionia County officials Sheriff Charlie Noll and Prosecutor Kyle Butler refuse to act.

--------

Lois has endured unimaginable trauma at the hands of Casey Wagner — a Michigan Department of Corrections employee — who repeatedly sets off explosions near her home, destroying property, costing her thousands of dollars, and leaving her with PTSD. She’s even lost her hearing from the blasts.

Despite multiple calls and complaints, Ionia County officials refuse to enforce the law. They claim to be a “Second Amendment Sanctuary,” but no policy should protect reckless endangerment and violence.

✅ No one should live in fear in their own home.
✅ Public safety must come before politics.
✅ Law enforcement must apply the law equally, even to corrections officers.

We demand:
1️⃣ Immediate investigation and prosecution of Casey Wagner for reckless endangerment, property destruction, and harassment.
2️⃣ An end to using “sanctuary” status as an excuse to ignore crime.
3️⃣ Action from the Michigan Department of Corrections to hold its employee accountable and protect the community.
4️⃣ Support for Lois and other victims through victim services and legal aid.

How You Can Help:
