Cairn Housing Association are proposing to move elderly and vulnerable people out of their homes in Adam Grossert Court for a major renovation project. Residents have been told they have until April 2023 to find a new home. They will be forced to be out of their homes for AT LEAST two years and are not guaranteed a place back at Adam Grossert Court. The works they have proposed are not ESSENTIAL. Cairn Housing Association want to completely change the configuration of the housing and make it unrecognisable to the current tenants which in turn will increase the amount of rent they will pay if the renovations go ahead. There are memories, friendships, routines, etc. all at risk due to the needless rehousing of all 45 tenants of Adam Grossert Court. Please help us keep our loved ones in their homes.
