I heard from the city this morning that the developers have requested that the City Council public hearing be moved from July 13 to August 17. Please be sure to note this change and plan to attend the hearing on Tuesday, August 17 at 7 p.m. A notice will also be mailed to residents within 500 feet of the site. I'll continue to extend those notices to everyone in a much wider range who would be impacted by this development. 

The city said the developer requested more time to adequately address issues and comments during the Planning Commission public hearing earlier this month. The developer also indicated they may be submitting a revised plan at a future date. 

Per my previous updates, it's important that we stay vigilant as this developer appears committed to pursuing all avenues to get this proposal through. While it would be rare for a unanimous planning commission vote to be summarily overturned by the council, it's not unheard of. Thanks again for your ongoing support.
