Hi All,

A quick update based on information that I received from the city earlier today regarding our history with gas stations. My current understanding based on that information is:

1. No gas stations have been proposed in Eden Prairie over the past 10 years (except Hy-Vee at this same site).

2. No gas stations have been approved in Eden Prairie over the past 10 years. 

I'm reconfirming with the city but wanted to share. In addition to the major waivers being requested, approving this development would set an entirely new precedent for the city, even as it targets a ambitious climate change agenda -- learn more below:
