The Issue

Kennedy Ojoles,  a cherished  and dedicated member of our church  and community in Windsor, ON, is facing imminent deportation. Kennedy has been an integral part of our ministry, contributing his time, energy, and devotion to enriching our congregation and supporting numerous community events. His commitment to serving others is a testament to his character and the love he fosters within our community.

Kennedy is not just a church member but a dear friend and father of two young children who depend on him. The thought of uprooting their lives and separating this loving family is heartbreaking. His twin daughters, aged 6, have spent their entire lives with their father, The potential deportation would devastate them .

Currently, Kennedy is actively working with immigration authorities to explore all possible avenues to continue his life here, in the country he considers home. However, immigration proceedings can be lengthy and uncertain, and there is a real and urgent risk of him being deported before a resolution can be reached.

The deportation of Kennedy would not only fracture a loving family but also create a void in our congregation in Noah's ark mission Church ministry. He has been involved in numerous initiatives that have uplifted spirits and brought people together, and losing him would be a profound loss for us all.

We implore the relevant authorities to reconsider this decision, taking into account kennedy’s strong ties to the community, his ongoing case with immigration, and the irreparable impact his departure would have on his family and all who know and love him.

Please join us in standing by Kennedy Ojoles, a beloved friend, father, and community pillar. Your signature could be the key to keeping this family united and preserving the bond that Kennedy has so carefully nurtured within our community.

Please sign the petition and help us keep Kennedy Ojoles  here, where he belongs.
