We, the undersigned, are concerned community members and stakeholders of Wenatchee Valley College.

Under the leadership of Dr. Faimous Harrison, WVC has suffered extraordinary staff and faculty turnover, low morale, and a deep erosion of trust and accountability. Repeated warnings about his leadership have been ignored.

We believe Dr. Harrison has consistently demonstrated  decisions that do not prioritize the needs of students, employees, and the wider community. The increasing turnover rate among talented faculty and staff is not a coincidence; it appears to be the direct result of toxic management and a culture of blame that starts at the top. The college deserves leadership that is accountable, ethical, and committed to serving the people of North Central Washington.

We call on the Board of Trustees to take immediate action to restore competent, transparent, and community-centered leadership at Wenatchee Valley College. 

We urge the Board to re-examine its oversight role and take action before further damage is done. The future of the college-and the community it serves-depends on it!
