The Monroe Evening News recently reported that Frenchtown Township purchased the land and property which once used to be River Raisin Golf Course on Dixie Hwy just off i75 at exit 15. There are options on the table as what to do with this purchase, including a data center. 

A data center is a physical facility that houses a company's or service provider's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment, to store, process, and manage data.

These facilities consume insurmountable resources including water and electricity. The results would increase taxes, water bills and electric bills for residents. 

We must start this petition now to ensure it does not happen.
