I’m thrilled to share that the official complaint against Surrey Heath Borough Council’s handling of this case has now been sent!

Sending this complaint took time, as it involved organising two mystery shopper visits, gathering and filing a large volume of evidence, and writing (and re-writing) a very long complaint as new information continued to come to light. I wanted to make sure it was thorough, accurate and fair.

Following those two mystery shopper visits (full video on my Instagram: @erinsianthomas) and several months of further evidence gathering, SHBC have now been provided with a substantial body of evidence showing that food, hygiene and animal welfare standards are still not being met.

They have also been sent extensive evidence demonstrating that Jon does still work there, despite repeated assurances that he does not and the council’s ongoing dismissal of concerns raised about his involvement.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported this campaign, checked in on me, sent information, and kept cheering me on. It genuinely means more than I can put into words. A huge thank you as well to the mystery shoppers for giving their time and helping document what was actually happening behind the scenes.
