Quick update:

The Council has now completed their Stage 2 investigation and has decided not to uphold the complaint.

However, they have confirmed that:

• Breaches of licence conditions were identified during an unannounced  inspection
• A formal notice was issued
• Follow-up action was required to bring the premises back into compliance

I have requested full details of these breaches and am currently awaiting the documentation.

Once received, I will be reviewing next steps, including escalation outside the Council.
