Stop the Condo Dues Increase at Flora Vista Condominium

The Issue

We, the Flora Vista Condominium unit owners, and designated representatives for some of us, have received Flora Vista Condominium Corporation (FVCC) Board Resolution No. ___________, dated ___________, 2024, through some concerned unit owners participating in social media. That resolution was not disseminated properly most especially that there was no Special General Assembly meeting held with any FVCC members/Flora Vista Condominium unit owners, or their duly designated persons, regarding the decision to increase condominium dues and parking fees by 15% effective June 1, 2024. It was only the FVCC Board of Directors (BOD) and the Community Property Managers Group Inc. (CPMGI) which is a subsidiary of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation, the real estate developer of our condominium.

Starting June 1, 2024, Flora Vista Condominium unit owners will be further burdened financially by the most recent condo dues and parking rates increase even when a previous BOD resolution on the increase in condo and parking dues was also passed in 2018 without any consultation with the FVCC General Assembly.
