Having lived in Kensington and Chelsea since 1977, I know the Worlds End Neighbourhood Advice Centre to be accessible to all community members. They provide timely knowledge, trusted information and friendly support. WENAC has committed staff who know and understand the community they serve.

The alternative Citizens Advice Bureau has changed the way service is delivered, creating barriers for the most vulnerable in our community and is no longer what it once was. 

We must ACT NOW! to save a community resource that provides a level playing field to community members when dealing with issues and navigating the ever changing local and national systems and procedures, often out of reach to the most vulnerable in our community.
