Peers questioning government on the allocation and distribution of Leveling up funding

I know these debates can be seen as a bore, but knowledge is power and I do enjoy shouting at the telly.

The Lords, playing their role as part of the systems of checks and balances keeping an eye on government and hold them to account.

Ministers behaviour and dishonesty, none of us would get away with has trickled down to many front line services. Delivering laize-a-fair provision without fear of  having to be accountable
