We need your help – our wonderful facility is at risk of closure, leaving 81 families without vital childcare services and 24 staff members unemployed at the end of August. We need your support to stop this!

Some months ago a fire inspection cited that some works needed to be carried out to bring our building up to more recent fire standards. The Fire Officer was happy for these upgrades to be carried out in the coming years while keeping the facility open and operational. Our landlords, Tuam Parish Council, has refused to carry out these works, citing cost as the issue. We have offered to fully cover these costs ourselves, but instead, we have received notice that our lease will not be renewed and 81 families and 24 staff have less than 6 weeks to find alternative options.

We've presented multiple options to keep our creche open but are being met with brick walls. But our staff and parents are going to fight tirelessly to try and overturn this decision.
