The government’s The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill, known as the Brexit Freedoms Bill, has proposed to expire the legislation and protections of our most valuable habitats and species.

This is an attack on our democracy as it is the complete opposite to that proposed in the elected government’s manifesto.

This is an attack on our environment, which is at breaking point, underpinning our economy, health and well-being. 

This is an attack on the next generation who, if this bill is passed, will be deprived of clean air, rivers and seas, will live in denuded landscapes and will pay for the recklessness this government proposes to leave them with.
