I'm sharing this from the facebook group, from another individual who has been in contact with the Arizona State Land Trust Attorney. This is the best opportunity we have to get the state to stop the sale to LG.

Please everyone take a moment and send in a grievance notice with the state!
They can stop or pause the auction!! This is how you can make a major difference right now!
We only have until 4/19 to appeal to the state before the auction!

Instructions:

Filing a grievance will be on public record and each person who writes in will get a response.
On homepage scroll to the very bottom and choose ‘contact us’.
Then choose ‘quickest way to reach us click here’.

A form should come up where you can write in your message. You must use the word grievance in your message.

On the form, state you are ‘individual’.
It asks where you want to send it that is where to write ‘grievance’.
No other drop down items will fit for this.

A box will open. Write everything you need to write protesting & asking for this sale/auction to be cancelled.

Also, there is a zoning hearing this Thursday which effect some of the communities right next to the purposed LG site. Please if you can attend the meeting and have your voice heard.
