Contact state Senator Adam Ebbin at district30@senate.virginia.gov and let him know how you feel about this project. He has signaled a willingness to hear from voters.

It's certainly great to hear that Adam Ebbin will be reviewing the plan but it's not good to hear him suggest that an arena will "certainly (be) a major boost to the Potomac Yard-Alexandria-Virginia economy." this statement is not supported by economic studies of sports stadiums at all or by the City of Alexandria's baseless studies which ignore costs and inflate benefits. 

“I will evaluate it closely,” he told the Washington Blade in a Dec. 14 interview. “It’s certainly a major boost to the Potomac Yard-Alexandria-Virginia economy,” he said. “But there are also some transportation challenges that have to be weighed very seriously,” he points out, noting the proposed deal includes funding of up to $200 million for transportation improvements
